How much will my new house cost?
There are many factors that determine the cost of building a new house. When pricing, the builder will take into consideration things like square footage, number of inside walls, nooks, materials, finishes, etc. A custom house requires a custom estimate, which we are happy to provide.
What if I don’t have the money to pay for everything up-front?
We work closely with banks and mortgage companies to help you bring your project to completion. Construction loans allow you to get pre-qualified for a certain amount and make provisions to have payments made directly to the builder as the project advances. It makes it easy for the builder to keep the project going.
Do I have to have a floor plan ready?
No. We can guide you to architects that can help you create the perfect floor plan for your needs. Or, we can offer a few floor plans that we have available for your choosing. We then give you an estimate based on the plan.
